What to Expect
Much like how our vision is to be the #1 Global Consumer Robot company, we strive for our overall candidate experience to be the best! Here’s what you can expect when you come onsite to meet with us.
Your application
All applications are read by real people (not a robot!) We interpret the resumes and understand our job details – not just the one you applied for, so if there’s no current match available, we’ll make a note to follow up with you about future opportunities. We’re a small team and encourage you to reach out to any recruiter, via email or phone, to follow up directly!
Before your interview
Our Talent Acquisition Coordinators will provide you with a detailed schedule for your day with us, who you’ll meet with and for how long. We encourage you to look into the profiles of our teams! If you are traveling to our interview site, our coordinators will work with you on travel arrangements.
What to wear
Our dress code is business casual but your Talent Acquisition Advisor will let you know what’s most appropriate. When in doubt, be yourself and wear what makes you comfortable
Your day with us
You can expect to be onsite for 4-6 hours meeting with the hiring manager, various team and cross-functional team members. You can learn more about the history of iRobot here.
Afterwards
We get a lot of job inquiries and do our best to get back to everyone – please be patient with us while we gather feedback to share with you. Also, you will receive a candidate experience survey link within a week of your in-person interview with us, please let us know what you liked and what you think we can do better!
